Position Overview
Acterra is looking for a creative and reliable Volunteer Video Content Creator to support an upcoming project with one of our partners. This project involves creating 10 short-form educational videos that help make climate and sustainability topics engaging and accessible.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on camera, collaborating with a mission-driven team, and creating content for social media.

Project Scope
- Help with creating 10 short-form educational videos (primarily for social media use)
Project includes planning, filming, and light editing support

Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in select Acterra events for filming
- Join planning and shooting meetings with the Acterra team
- Appear on camera as the “face” of the videos (speaking, presenting, or guiding viewers through topics)
- Assist with recording video content
- Optional but a plus: help with basic video editing (cuts, captions, light polish)

Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging an audience
- Interest in climate action, sustainability, or environmental education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable and able to meet agreed-upon timelines
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Time Commitment
- Flexible, project-based commitment
- The deadline for delivering all 10 videos is the end of June.
