40th Annual San Joaquin Asparagus Festival

This massive three‑day festival celebrates Stockton’s agricultural heritage with live music, cooking demos, carnival rides, and dozens of asparagus‑themed foods—from deep‑fried asparagus to asparagus ice cream.
