AI Content Production Specialist

Volunteers for Democracy's Future (V4DF) is seeking an AI Content Production Specialist to help expand our educational outreach by creating high-quality written content across multiple digital platforms. Working from our established editorial model, brand guidelines, and publication templates, you'll use AI tools to produce polished, publication-ready content that educates citizens, encourages civic engagement, and supports volunteer recruitment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, understands AI-assisted content creation, and wants to use those skills to strengthen civic participation. Responsibilities Produce long-form website articles Adapt articles for LinkedIn and Substack Create Facebook, X, and Bluesky posts Draft email newsletters Create SEO titles and meta descriptions Develop AI image generation prompts Follow established editorial guidelines Collaborate with leadership on revisions Help maintain a consistent organizational voice Desired Qualifications Excellent writing and editing skills Experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Interest in civic engagement and public education Experience with SEO is helpful but not required Time Commitment Approximately 5–10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
