We need staff members!

Over the past couple of months, the five of us working on VolunteerConnect have gone through a lot together, whether that's planning new features for the website, hosting meetings, or improving our website development overall.

Notably, we've gotten ambitious in our goals recently. While we're proud of our database's range of features and filters, it's far from perfect; we're hoping to enhance every part of our website, adapting to the needs of the community.

As a team of five, handling this flow of updates is difficult. While we have the vision and the tools necessary to achieve it, we lack the manpower or time to accomplish these tasks ourselves.

With that, we're hoping for some new members!

Building this website has been a transformative experience for all of us, and we hope it'll be the same way for anyone else that joins. It's taught important business management skills, leadership, and exposed each of us to a host of new opportunities and individuals willing to support.

Look no further than TeenVolunteers, a similar volunteer organization that retained over 70,000 members at its height and won several awards before stopping after the pandemic.

We'd love to add some new members to the team and truly believe that VolunteerConnect gives back double for every bit of effort put in -- we believe in our organization's mission.
